甘いお菓子やケーキを食べたくなる時ってありますよね、そういう時って愛されたい気持ちがあるときなんです。バレインタインデーのチョコレートもそうですね。スイートな気分はあまくなる？
今日紹介した石垣の“ちんすこう”は石垣島の塩を使用した沖縄の味。本来ちんすこうは首里の王室の食べ物でした。現代は、庶民の味となりこうして観光のお土産になっています。ホラ貝の中に石垣島の海がありとても、素敵なパッケージです。

ルルドの泉 Holy spring at Lourdes
1858年小さな村に住むベルナデット・スピ―ルという貧しい少女が、川の脇にある洞窟で聖母のお告げに従い、掘ったところ泉の水がわきだした。ベルナデットは、炭工夫を呼んで、掘ってもらったといわれています。その炭工夫は、目がかすみ、見えぬ状態だったのが、ルルドの水で目を洗うと見えるようになったということです。
2001年の6月にルルドを訪れました。こんな片田舎に年間500万人の巡礼者が来るのです。今日の父の日に

今日は父の日です。私の父は農業をしていて今でも元気で働いています。若いころはお酒、煙草が好きで、体を壊し、その後、お酒をやめ、煙草もやめ、毎日の半身浴のお風呂で、いたって健康です。煙草を止められず、困っていたときに、孫から、「じいちゃん臭い」と言われて、それ以来ピタッと吸わなくなりました。
鶴の一声とはこういうものかなんて、皆で大笑いしました。健康管理は自分でするものだと、当然ですが、お風呂好きになってくれてよかったと思っています。

家族を愛し、友達を選びなさいといいます。確かに、いい友人をもつことは大切なことです。でも、家族が子共の気持ちを理解していないと、子供が弱くなりちょっとした些細なことでも、孤独に陥り、家族のしらないところで、大変なことをおこしてしまいます。事件のあとで、何故”を聞くと、寂しかったからといいます。過保護にあるいは、何かが欠けているのか、精神的に強さがないのが気にかかります。以前までは、母子家庭や父子家庭の子供が不安定のように思われていたが、最近はそうでもない。祖父母がいても、有り余る、家庭環境の中で、不幸がおきる。逆に“明るい母子家庭”と子供が笑って言う子がでてきた。逞しく、頼もしい。家族は共存していながら、孤独の世界を造りつつある。

カナダの森・トーテムポール
2007年に沖縄ではサミットがありました。各国の総理が集まり小さな島は熱気にあふれました。さらに、市長村との交流もあり、南風原町では、カナダが指定され、国の物産も展示されていました。そのときに、ちいさなトーテムポールを買いました。黒い木でできたものです。魔除けみたいなものでしょうか？それを、机の上に置いてあったのですが、ある日、急になくなったのです。“森に帰ったよ”という声がしました。カナダの森は神秘に満ちています。なんとなく納得しています。いつか、訪れてみたいです。今日のエミコ風水の、宝石は時計も含まれています。時計も疲れていると、休みたくなります。一日時計をはずしてあげると、すっきりします。私の時計も昨日は疲れていました。貴金属はほとんどつけないのですが、時計はします。でも、羅針盤がないと、ちょっと不安ですかね？カナダの森の精霊たちにいつか会えますように・・・・。

私が美容時代に、イギリスへ研修旅行したことがありました。そのときは、街の週刊誌はほとんど、皇室の記事ばかりで、よくもこんなにたくさんの雑誌が売られているものだと思いました。国民せいというかなんというか、国が違えば、すべてが変わってくる。それは、皇室だけではなく、スポーツにおいてもそうでした。イギリスにある、スタジアムが、観光ガイドによると、「今夜はサッカーがあるからここは満員になる」そういった言葉に、「サッカー？」国民が夢中になると聞いて、野球みたいな感覚で受け止めていました。モチロン、その時期にはまだまだ、日本ではサッカーが受け入られていない時です。私達のスケジュールにも、サッカーを観覧する日程は組まれていませんでした。何しろ、美容の勉強ですから、カットであり、カラーなのです。あれから今やサッカーは世界のスポーツあの時、国民が夢中になるといっていた言葉が当然のようになってきた。彼らはブログの世界でも“キック”して我々を喜ばせる！

戦後、海外からの品種で送られてきた。今はこうして、街路樹で美しく咲き誇っている。自分の故郷を離れても他国の国で花を咲かせる。逞しい木。我々もあやかりたいものだ。

今日のエミコ風水・クローバー
植物って人の心を知っていますね。
相性の良い時期になると、自然とそばによってくる。
過去に四葉のクローバーを8回も拾ったことがありました。
皆の幸せに活躍してくれました。
今度は自分のためにつかいたいですね。
クローバーって探すものではないんです。
「おいおい」ってむこうから、ここにいるよって声をかけるんです。
時期になれば、寄ってくるそういうものです。

今日のエミコ風水・心の病
人が祈りをする時、心からそう願いたいと思う。しかし、心の病がつきまとうと、正しく祈りができなくなる。素直な人には宗教はいらないのだよ、なぜって、素直な心が、どんどん、幸せをつかんでいくからさ、という人がいた。心の病にかかると、なるほど、自分の世界に入って外にでようとしない。
他人を受け入れようとする、ゆとりがない。そういう時はその人の為に祈ってあげよう。自分に来たチャンスがその人にいったら、心から喜んであげよう。知らない内に何倍にもなって返ってくる。自信と未来を取り戻したら、そっと離れて遠くから見守ってあげよう。心の病から、卒業したら、この世は幸せな人が増えてくる。
